In 1991, Joseph M. Wichert LLS, Inc, was established in Manchester, New Hampshire. 2016 Marks the 25th Anniversary of the company. Starting as a two person firm, it has continued to grow since then. Currently we have a two person survey crew, a one person robotic/RTK survey crew and two licensed land surveyors who are also septic system designers on staff. Our field crews use new modern Topcon robotic and conventional total stations and Data Collectors along with our own Topcon Hyper V Dual Frequency GPS Receivers. These receivers allow us to do both conventional GPS work and Real Time Kinematic (RTK) survey work for your project. All field work is computed using Carlson 2017 or Autodesk Land Development Desktop software.
Even though Joseph M. Wichert LLS, Inc has grown tremendously since it was established in 1991, Joe is still the person answering the phones most of the time. He is available to answer any and all of your questions.
If you have any problems with any part of your project, you will be dealing with the company owner and not a project manager or staff surveyor. The one writing the proposal is the same person overseeing all aspects of your job.
