In April of 2008, Joe purchased the files and records of Daniel Young and Associates after Danny Young passed away. We are excited to announce that JMWLLS Mortgage Inspections is a new division of Joseph M. Wichert, L.L.S., Inc. Since it's inception, we have been working hard to retain Danny's existing clients and establish new clients of our own. We are constantly striving to provide a quality product at an affordable price within the specified timeline. Although this is a new division of Joseph M. Wichert, L.L.S., Inc., we feel that our experienced staff of surveyors is more than capable of continuing on with the work that Danny had established.
