Joseph M. Wichert, NHLLS 783 and Septic System Designer 1041. Joe received an AAS from the Thompson School of Applied Sciences at UNH in Civil Technology/Surveying. He started working in the survey field in 1984 has been licensed since 1990 and been self employed since 1991. Proprietor/President of Joseph M. Wichert, L.L.S., Inc., he responsible for preparing subdivision, boundary, title/ALTA and topographic survey plans, septic design and minor site plans. The size of completed projects range from small city surveys to 300 acre tracts; 1 lot to 50+ lot subdivisions; septic system design plans for single family houses, school additions and commercial systems. Horizontal and vertical as built surveys. Construction stake out of roads, buildings, septic systems, etc. Tower layout/orientation and baseline layout based on solar azimuth, GPS surveys and networks. |
Steve Kosusko has been working in the surveying and civil engineering fields since 1978. He has worked in New Jersey, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and has been involved with many types of surveys, including boundary and title surveys, topographic surveys of streets, vacant and developed parcels, including landfills and construction sites.
Steve is a Licensed Land Surveyor in New Hampshire, a Designer of Subsurface Disposal Systems in New Hampshire, and is a member of the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association. He received a BS degree from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York in 1985. Designer 1252. |

Mike has been with Joseph M.
Wichert, LLS Inc. for about 9 years. He received his associates degree in Civil Engineering Technologies from Vermont Technical College in 1993. Mike became a New Hampshire Licensed Land Surveyor in 2001 and received his New Hampshire Septic Designers Permit in 2010. As a Project Manager he is responsible for research, drafting and field work for a wide variety of projects.
